Dancing With Delight Over Waltz With Bashir

I would like to thank the film industry’s scriptwriters, animators and directors for perfecting their skills to such a degree that it can halt the inane chatter of pop-corned faces in cinemas around the world. The latest silver screened instalment is a fabulous animated documentary, Waltz with Bashir; a harrowing account of the 1982 massacre in Lebanon. You may be wondering why I am exuberant with thanks and wonder toward an industry that is generally as shallow as a Barbie paddling pool, and about a subject that tells a story of bloodshed and tears.
